Private Patient advice service 

All private patients at Oaklands Hospital receive the support of our Private Patient Account Manager, Hilary Axon.

Hilary will:

  • Be a point of contact for our private patients
  • Provide advice on all aspects of private treatment including pricing and payment options
  • Manage our private patients' journey
  • Answer (or get answers for) patient queries
  • Walk our patients through the various stages, ensuring insurer authorisation and settling of self-pay accounts
  • Ensure special requirements are met before, after or during our patients' visit
