All private patients at Oaklands Hospital receive the support of our Private Patient Account Manager, Hilary Axon.
- Be a point of contact for our private patients
- Provide advice on all aspects of private treatment including pricing and payment options
- Manage our private patients' journey
- Answer (or get answers for) patient queries
- Walk our patients through the various stages, ensuring insurer authorisation and settling of self-pay accounts
- Ensure special requirements are met before, after or during our patients' visit
